Stephanie is a registered social service worker and a life and wellness coach who has always been passionate about helping others reconnect with their strength and confidence. Her compassion is grounded in her own lived experiences of overcoming addictions, depression, anxiety, and trauma—transforming those challenges into a foundation of resilience and empathy.

With over 25 years in the mental health field, Stephanie has guided individuals through life’s challenges and supported them in building self-trust, practicing self-love, and stepping into their personal power.

She believes that when we care for our inner world, the outer world naturally shifts to reflect clarity, balance, and growth. Her purpose is to lead by example—creating a life rooted in authenticity, courage, and compassion—while empowering others to do the same.

Creative, open-minded, and deeply caring, Stephanie knows that the answers often lie within each of us. Sometimes, all it takes is a supportive space to explore new perspectives, ask meaningful questions, and see ourselves more clearly.

Through her own practices of self-care, self-compassion, and ongoing personal growth—including working with her own coach—Stephanie stays grounded and aligned. From this place, she holds safe and encouraging spaces for others to face their lives with confidence and the courage to create meaningful change.
