As we close, we’ll identify practical next steps and simple tools you can use to continue embodying what you’ve discovered. You’ll leave each session with clarity, confidence, and actions that align with who you are and what you want to create.

Between sessions, you’re welcome to share your insights and reflections with me—whether through email or in our next session. Some clients like to use me as an accountability partner, while others prefer to integrate quietly on their own. Both approaches honor your process and build your self-trust.
